The perfect weekend breakfast recipe!
- 1 small banana, mashed
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 2 scoop protein powder
- Toppings: sliced banana, peanut butter, maple syrup
Method (serves 2)
- Pre heat the waffle maker.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth. Pour mixture into the waffle maker and cook until golden.
- Serve up with toppings and enjoy!
