Coconut crazy! We’ve recently been told that coconut is extremely good for us. We can eat it, drink it, moisturise with it; we can even condition our hair with it. But what are the real health benefits behind this craze? We normally go along with these things because people tell us to, and we don’t even think to research them.   1. This post is so informative and interesting. I knew coconut water had lots of benefits but I wasn’t sure exactly what they were. I’m still a little unsure about it though, it’s one of those things that I really want to like because it’s so good for me but I just don’t like it. I keep trying it in the hope that I will like it one day! It reminds me a little of milk, which might be strange, but it just really puts me off. I definitly need to try drinking it again though for all these amazing benefits! 🙂
